Refund Policy

At NextPassport, we are committed to providing professional, transparent, and student-focused support.

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for any paid services offered by NextPassport Ltd.

By purchasing a paid service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Free Services

Many of our services, including student assessments and certain university application support services, are provided free of charge.

As no payment is made for these services, no refund applies.

1-to-1 Consultations

Consultation fees cover the time reserved specifically for your appointment.

Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend your consultation, you may request to reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.

Refunds

Refunds may be considered where:

  • A cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • A technical issue on our side prevents the consultation from taking place.

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Missed appointments

  • No-shows

  • Late cancellations

  • Consultations that have already taken place

Visa Support Services

Visa support services include guidance, document reviews, application preparation support, financial document checks, and interview preparation.

Fees paid for visa support cover the professional time and work involved in providing these services.

Once work has commenced, fees are generally non-refundable.

Refunds will not be provided because:

  • A visa application is refused

  • A visa decision is delayed

  • Additional documents are requested by UKVI

  • Immigration rules change

  • A student chooses not to continue with their application

Visa decisions are made solely by UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI).

NextPassport does not guarantee visa approval.

University Application Support

Where paid application support services are provided, fees cover the time spent reviewing documents, preparing applications, and providing guidance.

Refunds are generally not available once work has started.

University admission decisions are made independently by each institution.

Refunds will not be provided because:

  • A university rejects an application

  • A university does not issue an offer

  • A scholarship application is unsuccessful

  • Admission requirements change

Accommodation Services

NextPassport may introduce students to accommodation providers or accommodation platforms.

Any accommodation agreement is entered into directly between the student and the accommodation provider.

NextPassport is not responsible for:

  • Accommodation deposits

  • Booking fees

  • Rental payments

  • Accommodation cancellations

  • Accommodation refunds

Any refund request relating to accommodation must be made directly to the accommodation provider.

Fraudulent or Misleading Information

Students are responsible for ensuring that all information and documents provided are accurate and genuine.

If false, misleading, altered, or fraudulent documents are submitted, we reserve the right to immediately terminate our services without refund.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Passport documents

  • Academic certificates

  • Transcripts

  • Bank statements

  • Sponsorship documents

  • Immigration-related documents

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can occur.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis where services have not yet been delivered or where there are exceptional circumstances.

Any approved refund will be returned using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
